Description: This workshop is ideal for people who:

• Yearn to write about their unique personal or family experiences but aren’t sure where to begin.

• Want to explore creative expression and the thrill of “I wrote that!”

• Are motivated by a format of creative sessions within a small supportive group.

• Love the idea of sharing and developing their writing in an instructional setting.

You can expect to leave the workshop with:

• One finished story, with more pieces started.

• Writing tools, strategies, and practices to carry you forward.

• Writing tools and warm-ups you can use anytime.

• A clear sense of your writing style and voice.

• Possibilities for publication.

Bill's stories appear regularly in the national print magazine, "Good Old Days." His career in the creative arts included Technical Writer, Advertising Copywriter, and Newsletter Editor.

Supplies: Please bring: Laptop, Thesaurus / Dictionary – Online or Book, Legal pad or notebook, Pencils & Pens, and a favorite excerpt from a favorite author’s book or story
