Description: Learn the basic 2D needle felting technique & create a Red Cardinal Bird Wool Painting within a 5” wooden hoop. Discover how a felting needle can replace a paintbrush to create a decorative work of art. Then add a holiday wreath decoration to the hoop. All basic felting materials and supplies are included.
