Description: Join experienced oil painter and art instructor Diarmuid Kelly as he introduces students to the fundamentals of oil painting in a relaxed and supportive environment. You’ll learn how to prepare your materials, mix colors, handle brushes, and apply paint using both traditional and modern techniques. Step by step, we will explore composition, light, and shadow, and how to build a painting from start to finish. No prior experience is needed. By the end of this five-week class, you will have the skills and confidence to continue developing your own painting practice.
