After School Art Club: Create, Explore & Unwind!

Ready to trade homework stress for creative fun? After School Art Club is a five-week creative hangout where kids can unwind, get messy, try new things, and make art just for the fun of it!

Each week, a different GCCA teaching artist takes the club on a new creative adventure inspired by a special theme. From painting and drawing to sculpture, mixed media, printmaking, and unexpected creative experiments, no two weeks are alike!

This isn’t about perfect projects or following a step-by-step lesson—it’s about exploring, experimenting, and having fun. Kids will have the freedom to make their own creative choices, discover new materials, and connect with other young artists in a relaxed, welcoming environment.

Five weeks. Five different artists. Five unique creative adventures. Come hang out with us!
